• Because we are a search engine and therefore rankings matter to all of our listed customers (partners), we have a disciplined approach to our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) policies.  These include the following:

  • We offer FREE Submissions to our Search Engine Directory - we provide a way for our partners to submit their sites to our search engine directory absolutely FREE.

  • We provide our partners with FREE and paid advertising tools to help them achieve better results for their SEO rankings.

  • IMPORTANT - THIS IS CORE TO THE MISSION OF OUR SITE:
    Our partners' website submissions may remain on our domain indefinitely, so long as they perform one of these two FREE SEO activities which will help their website promotion as well as ensure our search engine achieves excellent SEO results:

    • Return to our search engine frequently and manually "Rate" their website listing [not recommended because it requires a manual task].

    • Install our Free Rating Code on their website [RECOMMENDED - because it fully automates your SEO processing on our Search Engine].

  • In order to achieve optimal SEO results for our domain, and therefore for each of our customers, we ask all of our listed customers to link to our domain using our easy to install "Promote Your Website for Free" tool located HERE...

  • Optionally our customers can select paid advertising on our domain for additional website promotion results using our "Special Advertising Promotion" located HERE...

  • For the greatest SEO results, we offer all our customers with our FREE Search Engine Promotion Software Download...

  • To maximize SEO results of our domain and therefore our customers' links from our domain, we require our customers to "Rate" their websites at least monthly, but preferably weekly or better yet daily.  This can be accomplish with the use of our Free Rating which you install on your website for you and your website visitors to use, or by visiting our search engine and manually rating your listing.  We recommend the Free Rating Code because this will enable your site visitors to easily click on the rating icon which generates a hit for your link on our domain.  The more rating hits you receive, the greater the SEO result you will receive from our Find Things HERE Search Engine!  Essentially, installing our Free Rating Code on your website ensures your link can remain on our domain indefinitely and helps place your SEO on "Auto Pilot" on Find Things HERE Search Engine!

  • Customers who list with us and who do not install our Free Rating Code on their site or manually rate their website on our search engine at least monthly are subject to have their links removed from our domain.  This policy ensures we can offer excellent SEO results for our free and paying customers who do rate their websites on our search engine.

• We encourage posting of links and content for all businesses and individuals as long as these guidelines are adhered to.

• Postings to multiple categories are allowed, as long as content is relevant to the categories.

• Use of HTML within postings is allowed provided the HTML code meets the policy terms outlined here or as determined to be appropriate by our staff.

• Images posted in listings are permitted but must be HTML references to images on your server since we do not provide for loading images to our server.

• All postings must be Family Friendly.

• All images must be Family Friendly.

• All links must be Family Friendly.

• No rude comments or tone allowed, and same for images and links.

• No discriminatory comments or tone allowed, and same for images and links.

• No lewd or suggestive comments or tone allowed, and same for images and links.

• No Gambling sites allowed.

• All content is subject to review by our staff and may be edited or deleted at any time at our discretion for any reason including but not limited to violation of these policies, not in theme with intent of our website, change in business model or for any other reason.

• Because our staff reviews postings before they are made public, there may be a delay from when you submit a listing until it is available for view on our website.  We try to keep this to a minimum, but because our site is growing quickly it is impossible to maintain immediate approval.  Typically it is less than 24 hours but at times can be up to several days.  Thank you for your patience.

• Submitters are subject to immediate deletion of all content and banning from further posting privileges if our staff determines submitted content is inappropriate or if submissions are spam - we simply prevent you from submitting in the future.

• Posting numerous times in irrelevant categories (blasting), as determined by our staff, will result in immediate deletion of all postings by the offending submitter, and banning of future submissions.

• Although gh Find Things HERE Search Engine allows posting of content representing a wide spectrum of business and personal interests, allowing content is not an endorsement of the content.

• Find Things HERE Search Engine allows content from individuals without regard to race, religion, age, demographics or any other factor other than appropriateness and relevance of content per these guidelines and the intent of our website.

• Find Things HERE Search Engine is an English language website.  If it is apparent to our editors that an non-English posting is in keeping with the policies, theme and intent of our domain we will approve the posting, but if it is not readily apparent the posting will be declined.

• Find Things HERE Search Engine encourages visitors to our site to report violations of our policy and/or content that our visitors determine to be inappropriate for general public viewing, using the Family Friendly criteria as a core guideline.

• We may add or remove content on our domain at any time for any reason.  We may take liberty to alter content for example in order to make it comply with our policies rather than delete the content.  In fact, we frequently do this where submitters provide an invalid URL where the correct URL is obvious to our staff and easy to correct.
